Who we are
Stay Found Studio provides websites and online marketing services to local businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and website.
When you sign up to a plan, PayPal processes your payment. We receive your name, email address and the details of your subscription, but we never see or store your full card details.
When we work on your business, we may handle information you share with us, such as photos, prices and access to your Google Business Profile or booking system.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, provide and manage your plan, take payments, send you your monthly results email and let you know about changes to our services.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it except with the services we use to run our business, such as Google Workspace for email, PayPal for payments and the hosting, booking and messaging tools that power your plan.
Our website
Our website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Some pages load fonts from Google and payment buttons from PayPal, and our enquiry forms are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit. These services may collect basic technical information such as your IP address under their own privacy policies.
Keeping it safe
We keep your information in secure, password-protected accounts and only for as long as we need it to provide our services or meet legal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us and we'll do our best to put it right. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
